2 cup Sifted Flour
1 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Crisco
1/2 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift Flour and Salt into bowl. Put 1/3 cup of this mixture into small bowl, mix in the water to form a paste. Cut Crisco with a knife or blender into the remaining flour until the pieces are the size of small peas. Add flour paste to the Crisco flour mixture. Mix thoroughly until the dough comes together and can be shaped into balls. Divide in half. Roll out both crusts about 1/8" thick. Bake 400º for 15-18 minutes.
