2/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-1/2 to 3-1/2 pounds broiler-fryer chicken, cut up.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt margarine rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan. Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Turn; bake until done, about 15 minutes.
