2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1 tsp worchester sauce
1/2 cup cream whipped
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 4-6 chicken breasts. Place in 9x13 pan and pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese with 15 minutes left. Serve over white rice.
