2 lbs. summer squash sliced
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
1 8oz. box chicken stove top stuffing
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes on stove and drain. Mix dry stuffing in, add carrots and other ingredients into casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Tastes great with steak!
