1 box white cake mix,
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1c.+ 2T. cold milk
8oz. cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip
coconut, nuts or strawberries, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients of white cake mix as directed and bake on cookie sheet or 12 1/2" x 9" pan. Cool completely.
Mix instant vanilla pudding with 1c. cold milk; set aside. Mix 2T. milk with the cream cheese to soften, then beat together with vanilla pudding mixture. Spread this mixture on cake, then spread the drained crushed pineapple on cake, then the large Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with coconut and chopped nuts or strawberries or whatever. Enjoy!
Note: 1 1/2 c. plus 2T. 1% fat-free milk may be substituted for whole milk.
