4 thin chicken breasts 1-16oz. can sauerkraut 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese 1 1/4c. Thousand Island dressing
Place chicken breast on greased pan. Squeeze water out of can of sauerkraut. Put sauerkraut over chicken, then add 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Pour Thousand Island dressing over Swiss cheese. Cover and bake approximately 1 1/2 hours at 325 ºF.
