1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1/4 c bacon, cooked, drained
2 tbsp bacon drippings
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup tomato juice
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine cornmeal, bacon and baking soda in mixing bowl. Mix tomato juice, choped tomatoes and buttermilk. Add to cornmeal mixture. Pour into greased 8 in cake pan. Bake 20 mins.
