2 lbs smoked sausage ( beef, pork or turkey)
1 bottle Bar-b-que sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage into 1-1 1/2 in pieces. Put in crock pot and pour sauce over it. Put lid on and put on high. Cook on high for about an hour and then turn down to low for about 8 hours.

You can cook on high for about 5 hours if you prefer.
