1 medium potato
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potato, drain and mash. Combine thoroughly with sugar and vanilla. (If too stiff add one tsp milk). Roll out lightly on floured surface. Spread with peanut butter. Roll like jely roll and cut into circles.
