1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp soda
4 cups plain flour
flour to roll in
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Dissolve soda in vinegar; Mix in preceding mixture and add flour. Makes a stiff batter. Roll out thin & cut out cookies. Bake at 300º for 8 minutes
