Ingredients:
1 (16oz) can english peas
3 Cups milk
1 tbsp milk
1 (10 ct) biscuits, cut into fourths
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In large saucepan, combine peas,milk and butter. Heat to almost boiling. Drop biscuits gently into mixture. Add salt and pepper. Reduce to medium -low heat and cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4
