1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp margarine
1 lb Kielbasa
3/4 cup long grain rice
1 (10oz)pkg frozen green peas
1 jar sliced mushrooms(optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet combine soup, water and butter. Bring to boil. Add Kielbasa and rice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 18 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is done and peas are heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
