1 box devils food cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup crisco oil
1 cup milk


Chocolate Icing

2 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
1 (6oz)pkg chocolate morsels
1 small can evaporated milk
1 cup marshmellow cream
Directions:

Cake:

Mix all ingredients and bake according to cake mix directions. Makes 3 layers

Icing:
Put sugar, margarine and milk in saucepan. Bring to boil. Cook about 2 minutes. Add other ingredients, beat with mixer 1 mihute and spread on layers.
