2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with chiles
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1-2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
4 Cups cooked long grain rice
16 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
corn chips

In a large skillet brown ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add the next 9 ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add rice, sour cream and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Serve over corn chips
