2 packages of chopped frozen spinach
1 - 8 oz. jar Cheese-Whiz
1 cup Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (2.8 oz.) real french fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to directions. Drain in a colandar and place in a casserole dish. Add in Cheeze-Whiz and mushroom soup. Mix thoroughly. Then add in 1/2 of the french fried onion rings. Bake in oven at 350º for 45 minutes.
In the last 30 minutes add the other 1/2 of french fried onion rings to the top of the spinach casserole.

This dish can be made and left out but covered for a couple of hours before cooking in the oven.

This our son's Eddies favorite side dish which I've made for over 15 yrs. Came from his ex-girlfirend's grandmother. I make it when we have company, especially on Holidays.
