1 lb. ground beef
½ lb. Spam, grated
½ lb. shredded Mozzerella
1-2 tsp. oregano
½ tsp. salt
2 c. spaghetti or pizza sauce

Directions:
Brown meat. Drain well and add all other ingredients. Spread on English muffins. Bake at 425º for 12-15 mins.
