4 slices bacon
1 small onion (Chopped)
1 green pepper (Chopped)
1 can tomatoes
4 cans black eyed peas
Tabasco sauce (to taste)
chili powder (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon until crisp. Remove bacon & brown onions & green peppers. Add black eyed peas
Tabasco, chili powder and tomatoes. Return with crumbled bacon to pot. Simmer several hours very slow.
