beer/apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Season ribs and put(meaty side up) on broiler pan or wire rack over baking sheet. Pour beer or apple juice in pan and put them in oven. Rotate the pans every 30 minutes after the first hour. They should be tender after about 2 or 2 1/2 hours. Add more beer or water as needed.
