CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS:

3 cups cooked & mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup raisins (optional)


TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine casserole ingredients and place in a flat, buttered baking dish.

Combine Topping ingredients. Sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

NOTE: This casserole may be prepared one day ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake. DO NOT put the topping on the casserole until you are ready to put it into the oven.
