2 10 oz. packages chopped spinach - cooked and drained
3 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
6 beaten eggs
3/4 cup melted butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt or to taste
1 tsp. pepper or to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, form into 1 inch balls. Freeze on cookie sheets, then place in plastic bags. When ready to use, place on cookie sheet and bake 350º for 15-20 minutes.
