4 Medium Artichokes
1/2 c. Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. whole black pepper corn
2 sticks of butter
water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stems off of artichokes. Remove smaller leaves from bottom of stem. Cut top of artichoke to remove "thistles". Add Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic, and Black Pepper Corn to Stock pot of water. Bring to a boil. Place artichokes in boiling water and boil covered for approximately 1 hour. Push fork into bottom of stems to test for doneness. Melt butter in microwave. Dip leaves into butter and enjoy!!!!
