2 beaten eggs
2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 8-oz can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 10-oz package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 lb bulk pork sausage
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp dried parsley flakes (optional)

Directions:
In a skillet cook sausage until browned; drain. In a bowl combine eggs, bread crumbs, water chestnuts, broccoli, and sausage; mix well. Turn mixture into and 8x8x2in. baking pan. Bake uncovered in a 350º over for 35 minutes. Combine sour cream, mayo, and mustard; spread over sausage mixture. If desired, sprinkle parsley flakes. Bake 5 to 7 minutes more or until hot.
