2 lg cans of crushed tomatoes
4 cans of chicken broth
1 stick of butter
1 cup of cream
garlic(opt), salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy sauce pan add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, stick of butter, a dash of garlic (opt), a little bit of sugar, a little salt and pepper bring to a boil. Add cream.

You can add a cup (or as much as you like) of cooked rice to make it "Tomato Rice Soup", or you can add some basil to make it "Tomato Basil Soup". Serve it with some croutons or grated swiss cheese on top to make it look pretty.
