1 (24 OZ) PKG HASH BROWNS
1 MINCED ONION
1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 CUPS CHOPPED HAM OR SAUSAGE
1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
3 EGGS
1 CUP MILK
1/2 TSP SALT

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, onion, cheddar cheese, ham, and mozzarella in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour beaten eggs and milk over layers. Chill for 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
