8 Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 Tbls. Paprika
3/4 cup butter, divided
1 can sliced black olives (3 1/2 oz)
1 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1 medium onion sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts.
2. Place flour, pepper, paprika in plastic bad and shake chicken to coat.
3. Brown chicken in heavy pan in 1/2 cup of the butter. Place chicken in 13x9 baking pan.
4. Combine remaining ingredients including remaining butter in browning pan. Simmer over medium heat for five minutes.
5. Pour sauce over chicken. Sprikle with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, basting 3-4 times during baking.
