1 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. flour 2/3 c. melted butter 2 eggs beaten
Spray mini muffintins with non-stick spray; set aside. Preheat oven to 350º. Stir all ingredients together. Spoon into 20 mini muffin tins evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Edges will be crispy; do not overcook. Remove muffins and cool on wire rack.
