1 can evaporated milk (non-sweetened)
4 ½ c. Sugar
7 to 8 oz. of marshmallow crème
30 oz of chocolate chips
3 tbsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
2 sticks of BUTTER cut into pieces
2 – 4 c. nuts and/or raisins (cashews, walnuts, etc)

Butter a large cookie sheet including the sides. Place milk and sugar in heavy bottom pan, heat until boiling (stirring occasionally). Lower heat and simmer for 9 minutes. Pour hot liquid in bowl with combined ingredients. Stir until combined. Lay out on cookie sheet. Chill until firm (2 hours).
