6 medium zucchini
4 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/2 cup crushed crackers
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini, tomatoes, and onion. Arrange first 5 ingredients, two layers of each, in casserole. Top with butter. Bake in 350 2 hours. 1 hour covered and 1 hour uncovered.
