1 lb hamburger
1 cup rice (not instant)
1 package onion soup mix
1 can cream mushroom/garlic soup
1 can water
1 can kidney beans or pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
tortilla chips
black olives
green onions
sour cream

Lightly brown hamburger and drain. Add rice, onion soup mix, soup, water, kidney or pinto beans and diced tomatoes. Put into a baking dish. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour. Top with crushed tortilla chips. Serve with sour cream, black olives, and green onions.
