1 1/2 CUPS MASHED COOKED SWEET POTATOES
3/4 CUPS MAPLE-FLAVORED TABLE SYRUP
ONE 5 1/3 OZ CAN (2/3 CUPS) EVAPORATED MILK
3 EGGS
1/4 CUPS MARGARINE, MELTED
1 TSP VANILLA
1 TSP CINNAMON
1/2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP NUTMEG
1/4 TSP GINGER

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 350 degree oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
