1 stick of butter or margarine
1 5oz jar of Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 T mayonnaise
1 6 1/2 oz can of crabmeat
Garlic salt for seasoning

Soften butter. Add cheese and crabmeat. Season to taste. Spread on 6 split English muffins and freeze at least 30 mins (or for days!). Broil for 5 mins. and serve.

This was a fav recipe of my Great Aunt Imogene! She loved serving it to her bridge club and to her beach friends.....I thought because the crab bubblies were delicious.....now I know it is because they are so easy to make! Enjoy! CB
