1 CUP SALAD OIL
1 CUP NUTS
2 CUPS SUGAR
2 CUPS DICED APPLES
3 EGGS
1 CUP RAISINS (OPTIONAL)
3 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP BAKING SODA
2 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, nuts, sugar, apples, eggs and raisins and beat by hand. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and vanilla. Turn into greased loaf pans. Bake about 1 hour or until done in 350 degree oven. Let cool in pans right side up. Makes 2 loaves.
