2 tsp. - garlic OR to taste 2 T. - onion, fine 6 c. - ketchup 2 c. - dark Karo syrup 1 c. - open pit (regular) ˝ c. - light Karo syrup 6 c. - light brown sugar 1 tsp. - orange peel dash - ginger dash - natures seasoning
Fry Garlic and onion with a little olive oil. Add all ingredients and bring slowly to a slight boil over low/medium heat. Stir frequently. Cook to desired consistency. BBQ sauce can be frozen.
