1/2 gal. lime sherbet
Large bottle 7-Up

Directions:
Spoon 3/4 of the sherbet into punch bowl. Let sherbet soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Slowly pour in chilled 7-up, stirring slightly in order to combine with sherbet. Float generous scoopfuls of the remaining sherbet on top of the punch.

You can use any flavor of sherbet you like; orange or raspberry are very good options. For Easter I like to use one flavor to mix with the 7-up, but float 1 or 2 other colors on top (like lime sherbet mixed with 7-up, with lemon and orange scoops on top). A very refreshing beverage.
