2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 doz. eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
Bread (white) layer in pan until pan is full

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread into pieces to cover bottom of a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray pat down, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble meat on top. Melt cheese and butter together and pour over the sausage. Refrigerate. Mix together eggs and milk. Poke holes in the bread mixture. Pour eggs and milk into the pan. The holes will allow the milk and eggs to absorb into the bread. This can be prepared the night before. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
