1 chicken, cut in sections
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 - 3/4 package onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9 x 13" pan. Add soups and milk and heat. Add rice. Put pieces of chicken on top; sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
