* 1 1/4 cups finely diced fully cooked ham
* 1/2 cup shredded gouda cheese
* 1/4 cup sun-dries tomatoes in oil/
drained & finely chopped
* 2 TBSP. sour cream
* 4 green onions/thinly sliced
* 2 packages frozen puff pastry/thawed

*Heat the oven to 400.*Combine all the ingredients except the pastry.*Lay the pastry out onto a lightly floured surface & cut into 2 1/2 to 3" circles with a biscuit cutter.*Spoon about 1 tsp. of the ham mixture into each circle & brush the edges with water.*Fold over each circle,pressing the egdes to seal.*Place on ungreased baking pan & bake 18 to 22 minutes 'til golden.*Serve warm with your favorite hot mustard.
