1/2 cup corn, frozen
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 sm red bell pepper, minced
1/4 tsp dill seed
3 tbsp honey
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and sir until throughly mixed. pack into one or two glass jars with lids. Make up to two days ahead of time, or at least two hours before serving.
