Ingredients:	Ingredients: 8 potatoes, Sour Cream, Butter, Bacon Bits

Directions:	Directions: Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Drain and put in mixing bowl. Add about 3 or 4 tablespoond of butter and sour cream (may need more to taste) beat w/ beater until well blended. Add bacon bits and salt. Very good!
