1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 c. reserved
1/2 c butter, melted
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk, nonfat
1 can (1lb. 14oz) Libby's Pumpkin Pie mix
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, room temperature & crumbled

First Layer:
Mix together - yellow cake mix (minus the 1c reserve), 1/2 c melted butter, and 1 egg. Spread in bottom of a greased 13 x 9 pan, press firmly.

Second Layer:
Mix together - pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs, and condensed milk. Spread evenly over cake misture.

Third Layer:
Mix together - 1 c reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon, and crumbled butter. Combine unitl crumbly. Sprinkle on top.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.

This is a great alternative to pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving (or anytime!)! Although the recipe says 45 - 50 minutes, every time I have made this it has baked longer, almost an hour.
