1/4 cup chicken broth
5 tsp butter, melted
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbls grated parmesian cheese
1 tsp paprika
4 chicken breast
1/4 salt
4 thin slices prosciutto or ham
1/2 shredded mozarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
ŠPreheat oven to 350'
place broth in micrountil warm Stir in butter and garlic. combine bread crumbsparmesian cheeseand paprika
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 " .salt the breasts
Top each breast w/ ham and mozareela. Roll up, dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place seam side down. Pour remaing broth mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350' for prox 30 min
