1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1(4 1/2-oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, pudding mix, coconut, milk, and extract. Mix well. Drop by tsp. 2" apart onto greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake at 325 for 10-12 mins until cookie is firm. Carefully remove from cookie sheet immediately.
