1 lg. bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c.melted butter
1 tube Ritz crackers,crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegatables until tender. Drain and put in a greased casserole dish. Mix onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread on top casserole. Melt butter and mix with crackers crumbs. Spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 30 mins.
