1 lb pork sausage, cooked
2 med tomatoes, chopped
1 1/4 c bisquick
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
12 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
Directions:
Directions:
Layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions (with tops), tomatoes, and cheese in greased baking dis 13x9x2. Beat remaining ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Cook uncovered in 350º oven until golden brown and set for 30 minutes.
