* 10 medium red skinned potatoes/
washed & pierced with a fork
* 1 medium onion/unpeeled & cut in half
* 10 garlic cloves/peeled
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
*Heat the oven to 425.*Spray a large {lipped} baking sheet & set aside.*Get the potatoes & onion ready & place them on the baking sheet,placing the onion cut side down.*Bake for 40 minutes.*Add the garlic to the tray & bake 10 to 15 more minutes 'til the garlic & potatoes are tender.*Remove & cool slightly.*In a small saucepan,combine the milk,salt & pepper & heat on low for 3 to 4 minutes,watching not to boil.*Quarter the potatoes & peel the onion.*Put the potatoes,onion & garlic into a large bowl & smash them.*Add the milk & smash 'til they're the consistency you like.
