1 small can frozen lemonade
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
(yellow or pink)
food coloring to match lemonade
cookie crumb or cake crust*

Directions:
Directions:
*If making a cake crust, bake 1/2 of a lemon cake mix in the pan. You can use 1/2 cake mix in two pans and double the other ingredients. Soften the ice cream in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the frozen juice concentrate. Working quickly, spread over the pre-prepared "crust" and Freeze. Cut into squares and serve.
