1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. oil
2 cups buttermilk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt,and soda. Blend egg yolks, oil, and buttermilk. Add to flour mixturs; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cook on hot griddle.
