1 pkg unflavored gelatine
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp vanilla
2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatine, sugar, heavy cream in a sauce pan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Put over low heat until gelatine is dissolved. Cool to luke warm. Add vanilla and sour cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into 1- 1/2 qt mold or individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set. Top with favorite topping. I layer mine in dishes with fresh or frozen fruit. The pie fillings also work well.
