1 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 T baking soda
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 c butter (2 sticks)
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar (packed)
2 lrg eggs
1 t vanilla
3 c Quick or Old Fashioned Oats
1 large pkg butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Gradually add in flour. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake 7 - 8 min (chewy) 9 -10 (crunchy).
