1/4 c. oleo
1 (17 oz) can whole grain corn with liquid
1 (17 oz) can cream style corn
1 (8 1/2 oz) box corn bread mix
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo in 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the 2 cans corn and corn bread mix; gently mix with fork. Add slightly beaten eggs and mix again. Drop sour cream by spoon in different areas of mixture and fold gently. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
